Fair Share Explanation

The Fair Share fee is collected to help cover the budgeted expenses associated with producing our Winter Guard show. This includes both direct program costs and certain pass-through items such as the show shirt and other shared expenses that benefit all participating students.

Our Band Directors carefully prepare the annual budget, and the Band Boosters collect and expend these funds in full compliance with AISD policy and IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations.
